要在股票或資本市場上盡量減小自已的損失，以下口決必須遵守。
- 要在對自己最有利的關鍵位才入場
- 不要為一隻自己不太肯定是否能獲利的股票，找一個買入的理由，目的只是想買入而已。
- 一個正確買入的關鍵位，應該是沒有猶疑不決的空間
- 必須耐心去等待關鍵位的來臨，不用心急及缺乏耐性，想盡快入場。必須像追擊手，對準目標，一槍爆頭；而不要像機關槍，亂槍掃射，好快就會彈藥耗盡，戰死沙場，除非你有無限用之不盡的彈藥。
